We are looking for a Business Development Manager with strong experience in international client acquisition, particularly in the IT services and digital solutions domain.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, generating high-quality leads through multiple platforms, and contributing strategically to market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales Strategy

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve short-term and long-term revenue goals.
  • Drive international client acquisition.
  • Identify new business opportunities through proactive market research and networking.

Lead Generation & Tools Management

  • Generate and manage leads using Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, Guru, and similar platforms.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, Hunter.io, and email outreach tools for prospecting.
  • Manage inbound and outbound leads through CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar).

Client Handling & Revenue Closure

  • Handle end-to-end sales cycle: lead qualification, requirement analysis, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and requirement discussions (virtual & in-person).
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key international and domestic clients.

Market Research & Reporting

  • Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and pricing strategy evaluations.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, pipeline reports, and growth plans for management review.

Leadership & Team Management

  • Mentor and guide junior Business Development Executives (BDEs).
  • Monitor performance, set targets, and ensure consistent team productivity.
  • Collaborate with marketing, technical, and delivery teams for proposal and project alignment.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales (preferably Software Products / Digital Product Sales).
  • Strong experience in international and domestic sales with a successful closure record.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

Preferred Skills

  • IT services, software development, web/mobile app solutions, or digital transformation sales experience.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and global client expectations.
  • Strategic thinker with a result-oriented and revenue-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently while leading and motivating a team.
