MERN Stack Developer

We are looking for a passionate and skilled MERN Stack Developer with 1 year of hands-on experience in full-stack web development. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of building and maintaining web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. The candidate will work closely with the development team on live projects and contribute to both frontend and backend development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable MERN Stack web applications
• Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js
• Develop RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js
• Work with MongoDB for database design, queries, and optimization
• Integrate third-party APIs and services
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and other developers
• Participate in code reviews and development discussions
• Follow coding standards and best software development practices
• Manage version control using Git/GitHub

Technical Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ES6 concepts
• Hands-on experience with React.js and reusable components
• Good understanding of Node.js and Express.js
• Experience working with MongoDB and database operations
• Understanding of REST APIs and API integration
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization methods (JWT, sessions, etc.)
• Familiarity with Git/version control systems
• Understanding of asynchronous programming and OOP concepts
• Basic understanding of deployment and hosting platforms

Preferred Skills

• Experience with responsive web design principles
• Familiarity with Redux or state management libraries
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms or server deployment
• Understanding of security best practices in web applications
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Quick learner with adaptability to new technologies

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in BCA / MCA / B.Tech / B.Sc IT or related field
• Minimum 1 year of practical experience in MERN Stack development
• Internship or project experience in live applications will be considered
• Strong portfolio or GitHub projects will be an added advantage
