Sales & Marketing Executive

Cygner Technolabs Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident, proactive, and target-oriented SaaS Sales Executive to promote and sell our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products. The candidate will identify potential customers, generate leads, conduct product demonstrations, explain subscription plans, and convert prospects into paying customers.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and convincing skills, a customer-focused approach, and an interest in technology, software products, and subscription-based business models.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate potential leads through cold calling, WhatsApp, email outreach, social media, networking, digital marketing campaigns, exhibitions and other sales channels.
• Connect with prospective customers to understand their business needs and introduce suitable SaaS solutions.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, subscription plans, and value propositions to potential customers.
• Conduct online or offline product demonstrations and presentations.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and deal closure.
• Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns to build trust and encourage product adoption.
• Convert prospects into paying customers and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Maintain and update lead information, sales pipelines, customer interactions, and follow-up records in CRM tools or spreadsheets.
• Identify opportunities for subscription upgrades, renewals, and additional product sales.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to improve retention and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with product, technical, and customer support teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
• Collect customer feedback and share product improvement suggestions with the relevant teams.
• Research competitors, market trends, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in SaaS Sales, Software Sales, IT Sales, Business Development, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and convincing skills.
• Strong lead generation, cold calling, negotiation, and deal-closing abilities.
• Understanding of customer acquisition and the sales funnel.
• Ability to explain software products and technical features in simple, customer-friendly language.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building and follow-up skills.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software, sales pipelines, and digital communication tools.
• Willingness to learn SaaS products, subscription models, and product pricing strategies.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• BBA or MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development will be an added advantage.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills, confidence, and a strong interest in software sales and technology may also apply.
