Job Description:
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer who wants to build their career to manage and operate Audio Video setups at live events, webinars, and hybrid setups. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge with audio/video equipment and video conferencing platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and manage audio & video equipment for live events and conferences at the event venue.
• Manage video conferencing platforms like Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
• Configure microphones, audio mixers, speakers, cameras, video capture cards, and projectors.
• Ensure smooth execution of live streaming, video conferencing, and hybrid events.
• Troubleshoot audio/video issues in real-time during events.
• Perform pre-event testing and post-event shutdown/pack-up.

Educational Qualifications: BE (IT/CS), MCA, B.Tech. Computer, MSc. IT, Diploma in Computer Science or relevant.
