We are hiring a skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Engineer for our Rajkot office in Gujarat.  This is a full-time, on-site role suitable for candidates currently residing in Rajkot or nearby locations in Gujarat. A candidate should be able to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the seamless operation of web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, good communication abilities, and a passion for resolving technical challenges efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support via phone, email, or ticketing systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers or relevant teams when required
  • Maintain documentation of issues, solutions, and support processes
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and best practices
  • Deliver timely and professional support to ensure high customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree / Master`s degree / Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in technical or IT support
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS)
  • Experience with troubleshooting software and hardware issues
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools and remote support software
  • Good communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
